People Leadership
- Recruit, develop, and retain a strong, engaged team

- Execute marketing and community outreach strategies
- Lead tours and convert prospective families

- Manage budgets, P&L, and enrollment targets
- Ensure accurate billing, payroll, and financial compliance
- Optimize staffing and operational efficiency
- Maintain a safe, clean, and fully compliant center
- Uphold licensing standards and health/safety protocols
- Ensure classrooms, records, and systems meet brand expectations
- 1+ years of leadership experience (2+ preferred)
- Required Director Credential and licensing compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education and regulations
