OT Therapy Team Lead

Encompass Health seeks an OT Therapy Team Lead to guide occupational therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will coordinate daily caseloads, mentor OTs and COTAs, and ensure evidence-based, patient-centered treatment plans. Responsibilities include performing OT evaluations, developing and revising care plans, leading interdisciplinary team meetings, monitoring documentation quality, and supporting regulatory and safety standards. You’ll model clinical excellence, support performance improvement initiatives, and help drive outcomes that restore function, independence, and quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
