Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) full-time to join our Health Center team!

Our Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents’ daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Day Shift

  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 10 shifts per pay period
  • Every other weekend

Third Shift

  • 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
  • 8 shifts per pay period
  • Rotating weekends

Opportunities to pick up additional shifts!

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $31–$35/hour (based on experience)

To be successful in the role, you would have:

  • Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
  • Current CPR certification
  • Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
  • New grads are welcome!
