Travel Job Summary:

Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Jacksonville, Florida. This contract role involves treating outpatient orthopedic injuries within a clinic setting, working alongside a team of healthcare professionals to evaluate and manage musculoskeletal conditions.

Job Details:

Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy, current license to practice in Florida, with at least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience.

Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with diverse musculoskeletal injuries, communicating treatment plans and evaluations effectively to medical teams, reporting patient progress to in-house doctors and specialists such as orthopedic surgeons and hand surgeons, and assisting colleagues in identifying clinical issues.

Skills: Outpatient Orthopedic Experience, Manual Therapy Techniques, experience treating 14-16 patients per day, practicing as a physical therapist for at least 2 years, treating strains, sprains, and fractures.

Float: Float rotation may be required.
