What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
  • Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections to support safe and reliable operations.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel to coordinate deliveries.
  • Accurately complete delivery tickets, logs, and other required documentation.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and exceptional customer service.

What Are We Looking For

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a safe driving record.
  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow DOT and company regulations.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing schedules and operational needs.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and dependable attendance.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
