Senior Production Supervisor, Welding and Fabrication
Location: Newton, IA (East of Des Moines)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Multi-shift operation, with occasional overtime and weekend coverage
Pay: $80,000 to $105,000 per year

Must-Haves
- Experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or Weld/Fabrication Supervisor
- Progressive manufacturing leadership with increasing responsibility
- Proven ability to get results through people, not just manage a schedule
- Comfort leading in a demanding, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Availability for occasional overtime and weekend coverage
What You'll Do
- Lead production across welding, fabrication, assembly, and industrial finishing operations
- Own safety, quality, schedule, and productivity results
- Work on the floor with frontline leaders and employees to solve problems and remove obstacles
- Keep production moving safely and efficiently in a large-scale operation
- Coach and develop the supervisors and team members around you
Nice-to-Haves
- Heavy manufacturing or similarly complex operations experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred, but proven leadership matters more)
Compensation and Benefits
- $80,000 to $105,000 per year
