This role oversees daily operations, staffing, and clinical quality, ensuring safe, evidence-based care for complex patients. The Nurse Manager mentors and evaluates nurses, drives quality and safety initiatives, and partners with physicians and hospital leaders to improve outcomes. You will leverage advanced technology, manage budgets and resources, and foster a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous improvement while supporting staff development and education across the unit.
