Weekends required -- 5 - 10 shifts per month ongoing
45 - 55 patients per shift
Pediatric urgent care setting -- very busy
Splinting, suturing, abscess draining, and nail procedures required
ENT concerns and pneumonia cases seen regularly
X-ray and EKG interpretation required
Supervision of ancillary staff may be required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
