Full job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered rehab services in our inpatient and home-based settings. You will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, ADLs, and independence. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
