Job Summary

The Shift Supervisor at Popeyes plays a critical role in overseeing daily operations during their assigned shift, ensuring efficient service, maintaining quality standards, and providing leadership to a team.

Job Responsibilities

* Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all team members, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
* Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and perform end-of-shift reconciliation.
* Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety, cleanliness, and operational guidelines.
* Delegate tasks and responsibilities to associates to optimize workflow and productivity.
* Respond to emergencies and escalate critical issues to management as necessary.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.

Job Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
