Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
* Active West Virginia Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
* BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
* Candidate must agree to a 26-week contract.
* Completion of a Home Health-specific course (COS-C exam preparation or equivalent) prior to starting is required for candidates without prior home health experience. This is acceptable to the client in lieu of prior HH experience.
* Please submit a current resume to be considered.
* Preferred: prior home health experience. Preferred items are not required.
