Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Carle Health is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our community-focused care team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care under RN and physician supervision, including vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and patient education. You will document care in the EMR, monitor patient status, and promptly report changes to the clinical team.
