Speech Therapist

CenterWell Home Health seeks a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide in-home speech, language, and swallowing services to adults and seniors. In this role, you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy that helps patients communicate more effectively, manage dysphagia, and remain safely at home. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate families and caregivers, and document care in alignment with regulatory standards.
