Primary Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Mercy is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Assistant LPN to support providers in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you’ll deliver direct patient care, obtain vitals, administer medications and injections, perform point-of-care testing, support chronic disease management, and coordinate follow-up care. You’ll assist with patient education, electronic health record documentation, and clinic flow.
