Ascension is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care under RN/physician supervision, administer medications, perform basic assessments, and support care plans across our hospitals, clinics, and senior living facilities. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document care accurately in the EMR, and educate patients and families on treatments and preventive care.
