Registered Nurse

Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Stepdown Overflow unit. In this fast-paced intermediate care setting, you will provide complex patient assessments, administer medications, manage cardiac and telemetry monitoring, and support patients transitioning from critical care. RNs collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, use advanced technology, and follow evidence-based protocols. You will mentor support staff, educate patients and families, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a culture focused on compassion, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement.
