About the Position

TransForce is hiring full-time local CDL A drivers in Port Wentworth, GA. This position offers $27 per hour, steady home time, and excellent benefits.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay Rate: $27 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5 AM - 7 AM start time (Saturday work required as needed)

Job Details

• Route Type: Local home daily, with potential routes to Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina
• Freight: No-touch freight
• Equipment: Manual transmission required
• Daily Hours: 8 to 10 hours a day with rotating Saturdays
• Loads: 2-3 per day

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
• Ensure timely delivery of freight
• Maintain accurate logs and records

Minimum Requirements

• 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• CDL A license with manual transmission experience required
• Valid TWIC Card required
• Stable work history
