Responsibilities:
Ensure Flawless Products: Conduct quality checks of finished products to meet guidelines and ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
Precision Measurements: Perform measurements according to plans to ensure customers receive parts that meet specifications.
Address Defects Promptly: Resolve defects following appropriate protocols to avoid producing scrap and waste.
Document and Improve: Record findings and data from visual inspections to support continuous improvement and mitigate organizational risks.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
High level of commitment and flexibility
Agility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment
Professional-Level English language skills preferred
Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.
Value for Customers: Delivers superior value through commitment to quality, service and reliability.
Innovation: Applies and shares ideas and best practices. Ensures and engages in continuous improvement activities.
