Job Description The Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology at the facility will: The Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology at the facility will Provide visionary leadership for a growing ENT division in alignment with Vision 2030 strategic goals Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations for the ENT department Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques Collaborate across departments to foster interdisciplinary cancer care with The Cleveland Clinic Drive innovation in clinical practices and surgical techniques using 5 Da Vinci Xi robotic platforms Lead and mentor a team of 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers Develop and implement research and educational initiatives in partnership with Drexel University Engage in community outreach to expand healthcare access and reduce disparities Cultivate a skilled, diverse surgical team with a commitment to workforce development Enjoy robust surgical volume and guaranteed OR block time from day one Participate in a shared call schedule (1:4) supported by APPs and hospitalist team Candidates must be Currently Bord Eligible or Board Certified (BC) in ENT at the time of application . Prior clinical experience beyond training is expected Not open to new gradauates Not open to Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Not open to 1099 contract or locums candidates.
