RN Progressive Care Unit Resource Float Pool

UCHealth is seeking an RN for our Progressive Care Unit Resource Float Pool. In this role, you will deliver high-acuity, patient-centered care across multiple hospitals, supporting units with varying census and clinical needs. Responsibilities include complex assessments, cardiac and telemetry monitoring, medication administration, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll educate patients and families, support rapid response efforts, and uphold safety and quality standards.
