Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations of the hotel and personnel
• Handling guest satisfaction
• Bring energy and passion to the property
• Responsible for all financial results of the property
• Active in the community and with city leaders
• Financial Budgeting and Reporting
• Collaborate and answer directly to the owner
• Team development

Hotel General Manager Requirements:

• Three to five years of experience as a Full-service Boutique Hotel GM
• Full-service Independent experience preferred
• Focused on the team and guest satisfaction
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Must have a passion for growing cities with an established culture
• Love for Indiana University preferred!
• Strong financial acumen
