They are needing an attorney that has 3 + years of Commercial Real Estate Transactional experience. Having a background with purchase and sales agreements, financings, joint ventures and leasing is the background they are looking for!

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in New York
• 3 + years of Commercial Real Estate Transactions
• Experience with purchase and sales agreements, financing, joint ventures, and leasing.
