Compensation:

• Up to 80 CPM : 70CPM base PLUS 6-10 CPM instructor premium depending on experience
• Earn average $100,000 plus bonuses per year!
• Earn $1,890 - $2,400 per week
• $3,500 sign-on bonus - we value your experience
• Student Completion Bonus: $500 if student successfully completes 6 months from date of hire.
• 2 Weeks Out, Home 2-3 Days

Responsibilities:

• Provide over-the-road training for new CDL-A drivers with less than six months of experience.
• Share a truck with the trainee throughout the training period.
• Offer refresher training for experienced drivers and remedial training for those on development plans.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of verifiable, accident-free Class A truck driving experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and motivate new drivers.
• Experience in driver training is preferred but not required—your passion for safety and teaching is what matters most.
• Willingness to share truck space with students for up to five weeks at a time.
• Completion of a two-day ICI certification class
• Maintain acceptable safety, operations, shop, and training performance
• Attend quarterly ICI meetings
• Continuous training via online sources and in-person classroom events
