HealthPartners / Park Nicollet is seeking a BC/BE Neurosurgeon to join our established, growing, and highly collaborative Neurosurgery team in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area. This is an outstanding opportunity to build the practice you want within the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities, with comprehensive subspecialty support, advanced technology, strong APP and nursing support, and a culture focused on exceptional patient care and physician well-being.
Our Neurosurgery team provides care across two nationally recognized hospital environments, offering opportunities for both elective and complex neurosurgical care , depending on your interests and expertise. Fellowship/subspecialty training is preferred but not required, and subspecialty training will be supported .
The Opportunity
Join a talented, established team of Neurosurgeons and Advanced Practice Clinicians in a busy, growing practice.
Develop the practice you prefer with the ability to focus on your areas of interest while collaborating with a broad range of neurosurgical subspecialists.
Comprehensive multidisciplinary collaboration with neuro-critical care, neuro-oncology, pediatric neurosurgery, neurointerventional radiology, skull base/aneurysm, pain and interventional pain, trauma, neurology, PM&R, emergency medicine , and other specialty teams.
Strong APP and nursing support, including non-surgeon first-call coverage in the evenings and on weekends , helping promote sustainable practice and minimize burnout.
Dedicated OR and clinic blocks.
Modern technology and state-of-the-art facilities.
Conveniently located clinics and operating facilities within established hospital campuses.
Park Nicollet Ambulatory Surgery Centers in Maple Grove and HealthPartners Same Day Surgery Center provide additional outpatient surgical access.

Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital - St. Louis Park/Minneapolis Area
Join an established Neurosurgery Department based at a 426-bed hospital campus with Level III Trauma services . The Neurosurgery clinic is conveniently located on the hospital campus, allowing close collaboration among surgeons, advanced practice clinicians, and multidisciplinary neuroscience specialists.
The practice offers a busy elective neurosurgical environment with strong APP support and first-call coverage, allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality surgical care while maintaining a sustainable lifestyle.
Regions Hospital - St. Paul
Join the HealthPartners Neurosurgery team at Regions Hospital , a nationally recognized Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma and Burn Center . This setting provides exposure to complex neurosurgical pathology and the opportunity to work alongside highly specialized teams across the HealthPartners system.
Our collaborative model allows you to develop the practice you prefer while having the ability to defer selected subspecialty cases to colleagues with dedicated expertise.

Qualifications
