Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
BLS
MSPT/DPT

Assignment Details

Assignment length: 13 weeks
Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Shift days: Monday - Friday
Standard hours per week: 40
Floating may be required within the hospital, including general Med Surg, ICU, and ED.
No weekend rotation.
No call requirement.
Holiday coverage may be requested for Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Orientation includes 3 days in the department.
