Registered Nurse Nursery and NICU Float Pool

St. David's Medical Center in Austin, TX seeks a Registered Nurse for the Nursery and NICU Float Pool. This role provides compassionate, evidence-based care to newborns and critically ill infants, floating between Level II/III NICU and newborn nursery based on patient needs. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, monitoring high-acuity patients, ventilator and line management per competency, family education, and collaboration with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams. RNs participate in quality initiatives, practice in a safety-focused, fast-paced environment, and engage in ongoing professional development and education.
