• Clinic Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm with 1:3 pager call rotation
• 18 patients seen per day
• 10 deliveries per month
• Clinic and hospital -- full scope OB/GYN required
• Unplanned C-section rate 10 - 15%; overall C-section rate ~20%
• Hospital privileges required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
