Job Description:

About Us

Omni is our industry-leading, AI-powered Intelligence Platform. By uniting data, creativity and technology across our workflows and capabilities, we can deliver more, better, and faster than ever before. Built on the world's largest data layer, we enable agencies to create next-generation marketing and sales plans with unparalleled intelligence. With global teams across the Americas, Europe, and APAC, we offer meaningful work, growth opportunities, and the support to excel.

The Opportunity

As an Associate Director, you’ll own one or more complex client engagements from discovery through adoption. You’ll lead workshops, define solutions, manage Value Scorecards, and orchestrate configuration, data setup, SIT, and UAT alongside Product, Support, and Operations.

This is a 6 month contract opportunity.

What you’ll do

  • Lead discovery workshops: map pain points, requirements, and success criteria; capture lessons from prior deployments.

  • Translate discovery into solution designs and implementation plans; define roles/RACI and cross-functional workflows.

  • Maintain and enhance the client Value Scorecard: baseline, targets, tracking, and reporting of realized value.

  • Drive account-specific configuration, data management readiness, and SIT; prepare clients for UAT and support execution.

  • Provide tier-2 functional/user support; create enablement collateral with L&D and provide feedback from product demos/training.

  • Identify and document product gaps; partner with Product to prioritize improvements.

  • Manage plans, RAID logs, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications across workstreams.

What you’ll bring

  • 8–12 years in Platform Solutions, marketing operations, or martech/advertising platform implementation.

  • Strong understanding of campaign launch processes and associated platforms.

  • Proven success leading cross-functional delivery and change; excellent communication and relationship-building.

  • Comfortable with intermediate product configuration and data dependencies; solid SIT/UAT experience.

  • Organized, analytical, and adaptable in rapidly changing environments.
