Cone Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Heart Failure Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on the night shift. In this role, you will provide evidence-based care to heart failure and cardiac step-down patients, including monitoring complex cardiac rhythms, administering IV medications, and coordinating multidisciplinary care. You will perform patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care.
