The Physical Therapist will work on-site at our rehabilitation facility in Cape Coral. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and other physical ailments, establishing tailored treatment plans that align with their individual needs.
- Administer hands-on therapies, stretching techniques, and therapeutic exercises that alleviate pain and enhance rehabilitation progress.
- Continually assess and document each patient's progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving goals.
- Educate patients and their families on techniques for managing pain, restoring mobility, and using assistive devices effectively.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient-centered care, ensuring a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to health and recovery.
- Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education, workshops, and active participation in relevant professional organizations.
- Oversee and mentor junior staff or students, enhancing the clinic's culture of learning and professional growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey treatment information to patients and collaborate with team members.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- A strong commitment to patient-centric care and the ability to adapt to various patient needs.
Preferred Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on rehabilitation therapies.
- Experience in providing therapy in a home care or outpatient facility preferred.
- Previous involvement in community health initiatives or patient education programs.
Compensation and Benefits
Pacific Physical Therapy Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented with a comprehensive benefits package.
