Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Pricing & Forecasting Analytics will support strategic decision-making across CVS Health's Pharmacy Services and Immunizations businesses through pricing strategy, deal modeling, and revenue forecasting.

This role will lead the development of financial models that evaluate growth opportunities, support contract negotiations, and forecast performance across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio.

The position requires a strong blend of analytical rigor, business acumen, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, finance, strategy, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong experience building and maintaining financial, forecasting, or pricing models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into business insights and strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency querying, joining, and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience working with relational databases and multiple data sources.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience supporting senior leadership audiences.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python strongly preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, payer, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience with pricing strategy, contract analytics, reimbursement analytics, or deal modeling.
• Knowledge of revenue forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Experience with Python, Power BI, Tableau, Foundry, or similar analytical tools.
• Background in consulting, corporate strategy, or commercial finance.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Education
Bachelor's degree required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
