Full job description
The Temporary Admissions Services Representative is responsible for driving admissions growth and ensuring high success and application rates. This individual will support and facilitate the inquiry and tour process across a designated set of Spring Education Group campuses.
As a remote position, our hiring team seeks candidates based in California who reside near our main office in Campbell, CA.
This is approximately a 2-month work assignment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responds immediately and effectively to inbound phone, web, and chat inquiries, ensuring optimal tours are scheduled from each source in line with Spring Education Group standards.
- Oversees the process of following up on all inquiries and tours, prioritizing follow-up to maximize conversion and success rates.
- Answers phone inquiries from parents and campus administrators, accurately addressing questions regarding enrollment, programs, fees, and related details.
- Manages multiple calendars across many campus locations.
- Organizes, prioritizes, and performs high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handles confidential and non-routine information in a sensitive and professional manner.
- Escalates parent and enrollment concerns to supervisors as needed.
- Coordinates in collaboration with the Home Office to ensure all campuses maintain expected levels of follow-through and results.
- Attends, when possible, community marketing events for assigned schools, coordinating additional staffing for all promotional and marketing efforts.
Education & Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or GED equivalent)
Core Competencies & Knowledge
- Admissions & Enrollment: Knowledge of student/client enrollment lifecycles, admissions workflows, and customer onboarding processes.
- Administrative & Technical Operations: Proficient in high-volume data entry, calendar coordination, and routine administrative support.
Technical & Software Skills
- CRM & ERP Systems: Previous hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite (or CRM/ERP database navigation and record management) preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced proficiency in Word (formatting, documentation) and Excel (data analysis, spreadsheets, reporting).
