Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Patients per day: 8-12. Practice Setting: Veteran Affairs Clinic. Scope: 100% Adult Veterans. Any Unrestricted State License. Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days.
