What does it mean to be a Senior Training Specialist at GLS?
The Senior Training Specialist executes the company’s Learning & Development strategy by partnering with senior leaders and key stakeholders to identify organizational learning needs, design and deliver effective programs, and evaluate program outcomes. This role also leads a team of Training Specialists across job levels.

- Use manual skills requiring motor coordination and finger dexterity for significant portions of daily work.
- Remain in a stationary position for approximately 50% of the workday.
- Regularly operate a computer and standard office equipment.
