FYZICAL Collin Creek in Plano, TX, seeks a full-time PT with experience in ortho, neuro, vestibular. About 10 patients/day, 45-min treatments, schedule Mon-Thu 8-5:30, Fri 8-12. Vestibular exp a plus; training provided. $73-75/hr. ASAP start, long-term possible.

LOCATION: PLANO, TX

CLIENT:	FYZICAL Collin Creek
SETTING:	OP - 60% Ortho, 20% Neuro, 20% Vestibular * Can see some Pelvic Health if wanted - not mandatory, not a large part of their patients * TMJ patients * about 2/3rd of patients are 55+
START DATE:	ASAP * only perm PT leaves 8/14 so start date is going to be the biggest thing, mid-late August ideally. maybe open to September.
GUARANTEE:	40 hours
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH:	13+ Weeks - we discussed some strategy of having someone do longer through the holidays into January
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE:	will consider anyone! Willing to take a call with confident new grads Vestibular exp. HUGE plus
STAFF:	Will be only full time PT. There are some PRN PTs that will be there at times. Front desk person is also a tech
EMR:	Web PT
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:	10 patients / day average * 45 minute treatments * 1 on 1 care
SCHEDULE:	Mon - Thurs 8 AM - 5:30 PM Fri 8 AM - 12 PM
ADDITIONAL INFO:	Orientation: if someone doesn't have Vestibular experience, they will only have patients for maybe 80% of the day and then the first 1 - 3 weeks will be Fyzical courses to train on the Vestibular piece! *** ^ Great resume builder!
