What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
  • Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining professional communication with customers and dispatch.
  • Monitor concrete quality and assist with the accurate placement and discharge of materials.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, DOT regulations, and environmental requirements.

What Are We Looking For

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a safe driving record.
  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment in a variety of conditions.
  • Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service excellence.
  • Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work independently.
  • Capability to perform job-related physical activities and adapt to changing operational demands.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
