Intermountain Health is seeking an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation services in our mission-driven, team-focused environment. In this role, you will evaluate and treat a diverse orthopedic caseload, develop individualized care plans, and guide patients through post-surgical and non-surgical rehab to restore function and reduce pain. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention, and document care in our EMR.
