An established and growing fast casual restaurant group is seeking a dedicated district manager to help lead several locations of an iconic North Carolina brand. District Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience (managing 3–6 QSR or fast casual restaurants)
• Strong work ethic and a positive, winning attitude
• Solid work history in the quick service restaurant industry
• High-volume QSR or fast casual experience with drive-through operations
• Demonstrated ability to teach, coach, and drive results
• Hands-on leadership style, comfortable spending significant time in stores
• Professional presentation with no visible tattoos or piercings

District Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience developing leaders with a servant leadership approach
• Proven business acumen and a record of driving operational results

District Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire teams across multiple restaurant locations
• Work hands-on alongside team members to ensure operational excellence
