Adventist Health Hanford is actively seeking a
Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN
to join our established and highly collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated physician to practice in a supportive environment that prioritizes quality care and work-life balance.
You’ll work alongside experienced OBGYNs, Nurse Practitioners, and a dedicated Labor & Delivery team in a modern facility.
Position Highlights & Compensation Options
We offer two flexible compensation models tailored to fit your lifestyle and professional goals:
Competitive Salary:
$453,000 – $500,000 base, with additional incentives for call and services
Model 1: Laborist-Only Schedule
Schedule: 3 laborist shifts per pay period (24-hour shifts)
Additional Incentives: Paid call coverage and bonus opportunities
Ideal For: Physicians seeking hospital-based work with no clinic responsibilities
Model 2: Hybrid (Clinic + Laborist)
Schedule: 2 clinic days + 1 laborist shift per week
Productivity Incentives: Additional earnings based on wRVU production
Call Compensation: Additional pay for extra shifts
Ideal For: Physicians looking for a mix of outpatient continuity and hospital-based practice

Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN
California medical license (or eligibility)
Must meet Adventist Health’s medical staff credentialing standards
