Customer Service & Sales Representative

Location: Columbus, OH 43204

Pay: $18-$22 per hour DOE

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and emails while providing exceptional customer service and converting inquiries into reservations
• Handle customer reservations and assist with dispatch-related activities to ensure smooth transportation operations.
• Provide transportation information, trip details, and pricing quotes to prospective and existing customers.
• Accurately enter, modify, and maintain reservations within the dispatch system.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records through the company's CRM platform.
• Develop charter and transportation quotes based on mileage, travel requirements, and scheduling needs.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to support customer retention and repeat business.
• Collaborate with drivers and dispatch personnel to coordinate schedule changes, service requests, and customer updates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, reservations, or account management preferred.
• Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email in a professional manner.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data entry functions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in transportation, travel, reservations, logistics, or dispatch operations is a plus.
