Physical Therapist

South Pacific Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one, outcomes-focused care in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. In this clinician-centered, collaborative environment, you will assess residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team, document according to regulatory standards, and educate residents and families.
