Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Hands-On Care: Directly engage with patients to implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and stretching routines, ensuring each treatment aligns with individualized care plans.
  • Help Patients Progress: Monitor patient performance, provide feedback, and adapt treatment protocols based on their evolving needs, focusing on functional improvements and recovery pacing.
  • Patient Education: Inform patients about their therapy routines, including the rationale and importance of each exercise to promote understanding and adherence to home care regimens.
  • Collaborate with a Fantastic Team: Work closely with a dynamic team of healthcare providers, including physical therapists and physicians, to develop and modify treatment plans collaboratively.
  • Document with Precision: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient progress, treatment modifications, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be orthopedically injured patients, post-surgical recovery individuals, and those with chronic pain conditions. You will engage with diverse patient demographics, tailoring treatment approaches that respect the unique backgrounds and needs of each patient while fostering a supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • A valid PTA license in California (or eligibility to obtain).
  • A strong desire to assist individuals with challenges, actively contributing to their recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $180,000.00 to $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience and clinical expertise. As a part of our team, you will also receive:
