FOX Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver evidence-based geriatric rehab in patients’ homes and senior living communities. You will implement treatment plans, support functional mobility and fall prevention, document care accurately, and collaborate closely with supervising PTs and interdisciplinary teams.
