Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based therapy across post-acute, outpatient, and home-based settings. You will evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver patient-centered interventions focused on restoring function and independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team, document outcomes using EMR, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to continuous clinical improvement in a supportive, learning-focused culture.
