Hospice RN Administrator

Gentiva is seeking a Hospice RN Administrator to lead clinical and operational performance for our hospice program. In this role, you will oversee nursing services, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and support interdisciplinary teams delivering compassionate end-of-life care in patients’ homes. The Administrator promotes patient dignity, quality outcomes, and staff development through coaching, training, and performance improvement. You will collaborate with physicians, social workers, and families to coordinate care, uphold clinical standards, and advance Gentiva’s mission-driven culture of empathy and excellence.
