This facility is seeking a Primary Care Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week; ongoing for approximately 5 months

Practice Setting: Ambulatory/Outpatient

Types of Cases: Internal Medicine; 18–22 patients per day; primary care

Credentialing Timeframe: Not specified

Electronic Medical Record: Epic

Certifications Required: Board Certified in Internal Medicine
