Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule
PACE program with interdisciplinary team approach
Patient panel of approximately 130 patients
Onsite blood draw and portable X-ray services
Board-certified or board-eligible positions available
English and Spanish language skills preferred
Focus on frail and elderly patient population
Fully funded by Medicare and Medicaid program
Our services are free for you
We help negotiate your salary and contract
We coordinate interviews and help with licenses
