UCHealth seeks a compassionate RN to join our Acute Care Transplant Medicine unit. In this role, you’ll provide complex, evidence-based care to pre- and post-transplant patients, manage medications and infusions, monitor telemetry, and perform thorough assessments. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, transplant coordinators, pharmacists, and therapists to develop and implement individualized care plans.
