Dormitory Advisor

Milton Hershey School seeks a caring Dormitory Advisor to support students in a residential learning environment. In this on-site role, you will supervise and mentor students, promote a safe and inclusive dorm community, and collaborate with education and student life staff. Responsibilities include behavior guidance, conflict resolution, activity planning, and basic academic support. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for fostering student growth in alignment with MHS’s mission and values.
