Machine Operator

Our client, a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer, is seeking Manufacturing Associates to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Associate (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Conover, NC
Pay Range: $16.00/hour Days | $19.00/hour Nights

What’s the Job?

• Work in a fast-paced corrugated manufacturing environment producing packaging products.
• Inspect, sort, stack, and package finished materials while meeting quality standards.
• Operate production equipment and assist with manufacturing processes as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Work a rotating 12-hour schedule with 4 days on and 4 days off on either day or night shift.

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights if assigned.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Ability to successfully complete a drug screen and criminal background check.
